The area is located between the streets Via Milano and Via Venezia of the town of Schio (VI). This central area, located in front of an access of the railway station of Schio, is not only made of buildings of the Ferrovie dello Stato, but also of new residential buildings, due to its recent zoning. Schio is a Venetian town of 36,000 inhabitants, which main activities are industrial and agricultural. The building was originally owned by Ferroviario dello Stato before being used as technical device by Enel. Currently the property needs large renovation. The total potential site area is of approximately 11,200 m2, developed into two different areas (one of them, situated along the railroad, is owned by Ferrovie dello Stato).
